In another example of blurring the lines between civilian
and military control of the nation, Air Force
Secretary Michael Wynne has called for the testing of
non-lethal military weaponry on US citizens in crowd
control situations. One possible device to be used is
Raytheon’s Active Denial System Heat Beam… which the
US Air Force describes as a wave energy beam designed
to induce an intolerable heating sensation in those
who it is deployed against. Another crowd pleaser is
a laser version of Taser’s stun technology than will
reportedly be able to deliver a 50,000 volt shock
simultaneously against a large number of people. |

Although many feel confident that existing Freedom of
Speech and Freedom of Assembly protections will
prevent the implementation of such ill-conceived
plans, US citizens have already been unwitting
participants in secret military weapons trials over
the years. From the Hanford nuclear experiments of
the 1950’s… to civilian germ warfare trials in the
60’s and 70’s… to HAARP and beyond… is this technology
being set into play as a means of addressing future
anti-war or financial collapse protests? |

Very few citizens know that the Secretary of Defense
already has authorization to conduct chemical and
biological experiments on citizens if informed consent
has been obtained, however the “informed consent”
provision can be suspended by the President during the
period of any war declared by Congress and during the
period of any national emergency declared by Congress
or by the President. In other words, in this day and
age of perpetual “war on terror” and “war on drugs”
these fools can experiment on anyone, anytime they
choose. |

The figures are horrifying: Differences in spending
on medical care for people who are obese as compared
to those who are of average or only slightly
overweight was almost 40%. Additional health problems
associated with obesity can range from diabetes to
arthritis to high blood pressure and stroke. This
added financial burden for society is thought by some
to now equal or even surpass the added health care
costs associated with smoking. |

As this correspondent travels North America and Europe, I
continue to hear bizarre tales from seemingly
rationale people who describe anomalies in their lives
or in the lives of loved ones in the military… bizarre
anomalies that could be perceived to be human
experimentation. It is not too far a stretch to
wonder what kind of secret weapons tests are being
conducted right now on citizens in the US and on
unwilling foreign populations abroad. |

If We the People allow our tax dollars to be invested in
billions of dollars of new weapons technology… and if
we allow those weapons to be used in the Homeland…
then we should not be surprised when those seeking
complete control turn the full force of those weapons
on us. |
